Meet the Founder

About Cathy Schwartz

For more than 25 years, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals discover their strengths, build confidence, and step into their next chapter with purpose. My background spans education, executive functioning support, workforce development, and program leadership — all centered on empowering people to move forward with clarity and capability.

I lead with integrity, empathy, and patience, meeting each individual exactly where they are. My work has supported diverse populations, including those navigating mental health and substance‑use challenges, young adults, and individuals rebuilding their lives after major transitions. I understand the emotional, cognitive, and practical barriers that can make reintegration overwhelming — and I know how to break those barriers down with compassion and structure.

Today, through Pathways2Purpose Consulting, I offer a boutique‑style Career Reintegration & Workforce Readiness Intensive for organizations seeking deeper, more personalized support for the individuals they serve. My approach is hands‑on, experiential, and rooted in real‑world practice — not lectures or checklists.
